​What is StrengthXForge?

StrengthXForge is a 3-phase training system built for people starting over. Whether you're coming off an injury, out of the gym for years, or just tired of generic programs--this is your roadmap. We start with simple. We progress with purpose. We finish strong; under the barbell.

REBUILD

For beginners or anyone starting from zero. Progress from basic bodyweight movements to resistance bands while rebuilding consistency, strength, and trust in your body. This is your reset button.

RETURN

Bridge the gap between recovery and real training Build control, add volume, and start lifting with intent. By the end, you'll move confidently in the gym and know how to push yourself with purpose.

REINFORCE

Master the barbell and elevate your training. Learn the big lifts, apply RPE, and follow a real strength split. This is where training gets serious; but smart. Walk in with confidence. Leave with power.

I'm Troy PT,DPT,CSCS--a physical therapist and strength coach who got tired of seeing people leave rehab without a plan; scared to lift, stuck in pain, or unsure how to get strong again.

I've worked with hundreds of people who felt lost after injury or overwhelmed in the gym. I built StrengthXForge to change that.

This isn't just a program. It's a system for rebuilding confidence, restoring capability, and reinforcing the kind of strength that lasts.

I've walked the road myself. I'm a dad, a lifter, a coach, and I believe we all deserve to feel powerful again--without BS, burnout, or gimmicks.
